Cleanouts

Along with our experienced crew, we offer many resources for partial or complete cleanouts of homes, apartments, and businesses. A cleanout of an average residential home is usually completed within 1-3 days. During the cleanout we can search for lost family items or personal belongings. We schedule dumpster deliveries and have a variety of trucks and trailers to accomplish the job quickly and efficiently.

Donations

In an effort to keep as many usable objects out of the landfills as possible we donate a large amount of furniture, clothing, household items, food, and much more to local charities. We also make an effort to recycle or scrap many reusable resources. If we can find something a new home, we will make it happen.

Buyout

We have developed a resell network that allows us to make wholesale offers. This means many of your items such as furniture, household belongings, appliances... can have new lives while saving you money by offsetting the costs of the services we provide. Buyout offers are part of the free quote provided to you after a consultation.

Pricing

Because of the services we offer our pricing is based off several factors. Such as total labor, cost of proper disposal, items available for sale, and job location. After scheduling a free house call and evaluating your needs, a full price quote will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. Full payment is expected within 14 days upon completion of the job.

Cash Offers

If you have higher end items that you are interested in selling such as jewelry, precious metals, recreational vehicles, trailers, professional grade tools, collections, hunting / fishing equipment, or automobiles… We can make cash in hand offers to purchase these items. We strive to make our wholesale offers fair and competitive.

After Photos

Once the job is complete, we can do a final walkthrough to make sure that all work has been done in accordance's to the agreement. If you are out of state or unable to do the walkthrough, we will provide a description and after photos. Your satisfaction is important, we work primarily by word of mouth so the best compliment you can give us is your referral.
